Please right-click LagoFast and choose open the location where the file is located - LagoFast-crash-Logs-crashdump as the following image, there will be a crash dump file in this directory, please send the file to us via the [Contact Customer Service] button within the LagoFast client and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
